A special note from Blake – “The long, wet drive to Whitehaven was well worth it. We had been asked by a fan to come up and visit their part of the country via the website, and we had never been to Cumbria so we piled in the Blakemobile and off we went. They were a great audience-very warm and game for some fun. We had a blast. – thanks to everyone”

How great of you to thank us, the audience!! It was a totally fantastic concert, thank YOU so much for braving the (pretty miserable) drive all the way up here. Those who didn’t make it because of the god awful weather should be devastated!! Big thanks again guys x

Thank you Blake for a fantastic concert on Saturday. Not v. often we get such a class act up here in Whitehaven & I really hope it won’t be the last time you come – you should see it in the sunshine! (if you manage to visit on that one day in the year…)I’ve been having a look at your old video diary thingys on You Tube & having a good giggle. Love the CDs I got on Saturday- my son thinks I’m a little obsessed but Hallelujah really is as good as I thought it would be from the 30 second Amazon clip I’d heard so I keep playing it full blast. Well, 11 yr olds need to experience a little culture don’t you think??

My mum brought me to your whitehaven gig and thankfully i was thrilled with the evening, as it was x10 to the normal gigs she takes me too!! haha! hope the melbreak hotel was ok! lovely chatting with you shame it wasnt for longer and i didnt take you up on the offer of a drink (my hearing was lousy!!) perhaps next time! ;o) thoroughly enjoyed it, you are all hugely gifted, hope to see you again x

You guys know I love you all and that I can’t wait to see you all in concert again. I’m holding you to your promise to sign my copy of your latest album.
I am thrilled that your recent European Tour has been so successful, so well deserved and you are gaining more appreciative fans with each performance. Loved the Hero video clip too – couldn’t understand a word of the language but it was fun to watch and the billboard ads were brilliant too.
I take this opportunity to wish you all a Very Happy and Peaceful Christmas and may you continue to enjoy good health, wealth and success in 2010.
This is not a criticism but an observation –
The new site layout is brilliant but very difficult to read, the size of the text and font need to be made bigger which would make reading so much easier.
As a lot of your fans (like me) are no longer blessed with good eye sight you would do well to address this problem.
