BLAKE perform for Sir Ian McKellan & The Albert Kennedy Trust

BLAKE boys Stephen, Humphrey and Ollie joined Sir Ian McKellan at the Ivy Club in London this weekend to support the Albert Kennedy Trust, by giving an exclusive performance of songs from their latest album ‘Start Over’. The evening raised over £50,000 for the charity, which BLAKE are proud to support.

Talking about their recent change to a harmony trio, after Jules Knight took a BBC acting role this January, Sir Ian gave the group his support and wished them great success. Sir Ian McKellen, CH, CBE is a recipient of multiple Laurence Olivier Awards, a Tony Award, a Golden Globe Award, two Academy Award nominations, and five Emmy Award nominations. His support of the Albert Kennedy Trust is a great passion and BLAKE are happy to stand by his side in support of their work.
